The Floating Coral Nursery
Join our marine biologists in launching Nova’s latest innovation—a floating, depth-adjustable coral nursery crafted to help coral fragments flourish even amid rising ocean temperatures. In this secure, temperature-stable haven, resilient coral fragments, carefully gathered from surrounding waters, are given the perfect environment to grow strong. Once they reach maturity, these young corals will be transplanted to Nova’s house reef, enhancing the ecosystem and supporting future marine habitats. In the coming weeks, Nova’s marine biology team will lead planting sessions where you’ll have the unique opportunity to place “coral seeds” into the nursery, nurturing a new generation of coral and directly contributing to the reef’s future.
