The Maldivian Coconut & Vegetable Curry combines the creamy richness of coconut milk with the vibrant flavours of locally sourced vegetables, offering a hearty and wholesome way to experience the essence of Maldivian cuisine while supporting local farmers. Complementing this is the refreshing Kopee Faiy Salad, a simple yet sensational mix of collard greens, grated coconut, lime juice, and a pinch of salt. For a creative twist, the Grilled Eggplant & Tomato Stack with Herb Pesto features savoury layers of grilled vegetables topped with zesty cilantro and basil pesto, garnished with crispy breadfruit for an authentic island touch.

Dry January doesn’t mean missing out on flavourful concoctions! At Wink, we’ve crafted two alcohol-free mocktails that are as refreshing as the island breeze. The Solis Sunset Cooler, inspired by Nova’s breathtaking sunsets, is a tropical blend of passion fruit juice, fresh lime, and coconut water, topped with soda for a sparkling finish. For something crisp and invigorating, the Cucumber Basil Fizz combines fresh cucumber and lemon juices sweetened with basil syrup—a vibrant, uplifting treat to cool down and spark joy in every sip.
