This May, we are delighted to welcome celebrated two-Michelin-star chef Sebastian Frank for an exclusive, limited-time culinary residency, where nature, simplicity, and flavour at its purest take centre stage.
Renowned for his emancipated vegetable cuisine at Berlin’s acclaimed fine-dining restaurant Horváth, Chef Sebastian redefines fine dining by placing the depth, power, and aroma of vegetables and fruits at the heart of every creation. Under the theme Roots & Waves, his menu creations at Nova weave together local Maldivian ingredients and regional produce, transformed through time-honoured techniques, precision, and thoughtful restraint.
